5. Subscriptions and Payments

fab.bio offers auto-renewable subscription plans (e.g., Pro Plan) that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
  • Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
